weird food

my econ lecturer shared with us his own-weird recipe that is 'rambutan with fish fillet'. first time to hear cooking using rambutan?! common are pineapples and mangoes because of their sweet and sour nature but rambutan is sweet. what to make the fish fillet become sweet? but if it is use to make dessert sounds more sensible than fry it! here is the recipe. u can also use lychee or longan as option for rambutan but he said lychee better it is more cruchy while longan will be soft. firstly, fry the fish fillet untill golden brown, take it out. make some gravy and cook with green, red and yellow peppers then, add in the rambutan, stir them together. finally, put it on top of the fish fillet. don't know when i got the chance to 'experimental' it? my lecturer said his children like that dish so much. he also got another self-recipe 'fried n chicken with oranges'. what a cool and weird lecturer........
